THE ROLE
The Manager of Coaching & Delivery leads the global delivery of career coaching services across all Career.io business units with a primary focus on outplacement and career development coaching for Human Capital Services.
This is a 100% remote/work-from-home role.
THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and develop a high-performance career coaching network to support global service delivery globally across all business units:
- Analyze current capacity against project order volume to plan recruitment and onboarding targets weekly, monthly, and annually to attain cost targets.
- Drive quality improvement and increased engagement of the coaching network:
- Oversee ongoing quality management to identify underperforming coaches, analyze trends, and communicate concerns; recommend removal from the network when required.
- Oversee coach support across all business units:
- Supervise direct reports- Quality Coordinator, Global Coaching Coordinator, Program Coordinator.
- Engage with the resume writing team regarding trends and changes to ensure alignment of coaching recommendations with resume best practices.
- Collaborate with FCC on coach assignments and support to improve efficiency and quality.
- Define objective standards based on industry trends, Career.io brand, and coaching best practices to assess the quality and efficacy of all expert-fulfilled services.
- Coordinate closely with business unit leadership and other functional teams to align coaching operations with BU and company-wide objectives.
THE MUST-HAVES
- 5+ years of coaching and/or operations related experience.
- Extensive experience across all fulfillment processes including sales, operations support, resume writing, editorial support, and recruitment/retention.
- Proven team leadership capabilities including performance management of a geographically dispersed team.
- Experience using and troubleshooting Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Google Docs, and other applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Keen attention to detail and strong written communication skills.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
- Authorization to work for any US employer.
THE NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience working in a HR, Outplacement, or Career Coaching environment
- Bachelor’s degree in business or another relevant field (HR, organizational psychology, etc) or equivalent experience.
