THE ROLE

Here at Talent Inc., we are in an exciting new chapter and are growing our marketing efforts. We are looking for a passionate, skilled Affiliate Marketing Coordinator to add to our existing team.

In this role, you’ll help promote five brands under the Talent Inc. umbrella. You will be responsible for understanding the positioning of each brand and then recruiting new affiliate relationships, managing their onboarding process, maintaining and engaging existing affiliates, negotiating product placements that increase our audience reach, and ensuring that our affiliate promotions are aligned with our needs.

You’ll also collaborate with our global marketing and engineering teams as well as our U.S.-based business development team to support our growth strategies. 

This is a 100% remote/work-from-home role.

THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with the affiliate marketing team to build our international network.
  • Recruit new affiliates and identify new business opportunities.
  • Own several affiliate relationships and ensure healthy, ongoing relationships.
  • Develop and oversee content and design projects for new and existing partner promotional opportunities.
  • Work with the global marketing team to ensure healthy cross-functional team engagement and share promotional opportunities.
  • Monitor daily & monthly reporting, watch for revenue shifts, and identify potential affiliate fraud.
  • Compile traffic and revenue reports using internal & external platforms.
  • Support the creation of affiliate newsletters for product awareness.
  • Ability to multi-task / work on several different projects at the same time. 
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Other team support tasks as needed.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or a similar position.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Curiosity along with attention to detail and being data-driven.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Familiarity with business tools (CRMs, Google Workspace, Jira, Slack, etc.).
  • Authorization to work for any U.S. employer.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Familiarity with the Impact.com affiliate marketing platform.
  • Experience within a career services industry (job board or HR tech).
  • Experience working with international teams and partners.
