THE ROLE

We are seeking a results-driven Demand Generation Manager to own and execute our B2B demand generation strategy. This role will focus on building and scaling integrated marketing campaigns that drive pipeline growth, accelerate revenue, and establish Careerminds as the go-to outplacement partner for enterprise and mid-market organizations.

You will partner closely with Sales and Content to design and implement programs that attract, nurture, and convert HR leaders, CHROs, and decision-makers in the outplacement space.

This is a 100% remote/work-from-home role.

THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute a multi-channel demand generation strategy focused on generating high-quality leads and driving opportunities through the funnel.
  • Align campaigns with revenue goals and sales objectives, ensuring measurable impact on pipeline growth.
     

Campaign Management

  • Plan and manage integrated campaigns across channels (paid media, ABM, email, social, webinars, events, and partnerships).
  • Test and optimize messaging, targeting, and creative for maximum performance.
     

Lead Nurture & Conversion

  • Design and manage automated nurture programs in HubSpot to engage prospects and accelerate conversion.
  • Optimize lead scoring and routing processes in collaboration with Sales
     

Content & Messaging

  • Collaborate with content to create compelling assets (eBooks, case studies, webinars, thought leadership) that support campaigns.
     

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report on KPIs including lead volume, cost per lead, MQL-to-opportunity conversion, and campaign ROI.
  • Use data insights to continuously refine demand generation efforts.
 

Collaboration & Alignment

  • Partner with Sales to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads and alignment on ABM programs.

THE MUST-HAVES

  • 5+ years in B2B marketing, with 3+ years in demand generation for SaaS, HR tech, or professional services.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation tactics, ABM, and marketing automation.
  • Proficient in HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools (GA4, Looker, etc.).
  • Data-driven mindset with experience managing budgets and optimizing ROI.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience targeting HR leaders, CHROs, or enterprise buyers is a plus.
