Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Product Manager to lead our Job Search functionalities, including our comprehensive job board, personalized job recommendations, real-time job alerts, and intuitive job tracker. The successful candidate will enhance user engagement and satisfaction, ensuring our job search tools are the best in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product strategies that align with Career.io's mission to revolutionize job search.
  • Lead the lifecycle management of job search features, collaborating with design, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Utilize analytics to assess feature performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Engage with users to gather feedback and identify needs to inform product enhancements.
  • Monitor industry trends to keep Career.io's offerings competitive and innovative.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of product management experience, ideally in a tech or HR-related industry.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and managing digital products, with a strong user-centered focus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and user research methodologies.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in employment services or HR technology.
  • Experience in search engines and recommendations models.
